China’s cumulative ship exports reached 4,303 ships

The General Administration of Customs recently released the latest monthly statistics on China's imports and exports in September this year. Statistics show that in September this year, China exported 464 ships, a year-on-year increase of 16.6%, with a value of 32.92404 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 112.3%. From January to September this year, China exported a total of 4,303 ships, with a value of 235.47067 billion yuan, with the number of ships and the value increasing by 24.6% and 84.8% year-on-year respectively.

In terms of the types of ships exported, in September this year, China exported 26 liquid cargo ships with a total value of 5.84477 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 136.4% in number and 612.6% in value. From January to September this year, China exported 168 liquid cargo ships with a year-on-year increase of 66.3% and a total value of 28.57828 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 51.2%.

In September this year, China exported 40 container ships with a value of 12.60228 billion yuan, with the number of ships and the value increasing by 81.8% and 60.3% year-on-year respectively. From January to September, China exported 260 container ships with a value of 98.3311 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 100.0% and 117.9% respectively.

In September this year, China exported 56 bulk carriers, a year-on-year increase of 60.0%, with a value of 5.26078 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.3%. From January to September, China exported 437 bulk carriers, with a value of 54.04488 billion yuan, with the number and value increasing by 88.4% and 37.7% year-on-year respectively.
