 2. Super Cell type SC

1) Increased energy absorption/reaction force,Compared with ordinary cell rubber fenders, SC super cell rubber fenders have an E/RH value increase of about 15%. The E/RH value of ordinary cell rubber fenders is generally 0.375~0.385, while SC super cell rubber fenders The E/RH value of the side is generally 0.43~0.44.

2) The structure is more reasonable

The SC super cell rubber fender has a more reasonable structure than ordinary rubber fenders. The connection between the fender cylinder and the flange is smooth and excessive, which reduces the stress concentration phenomenon at the root of the fender during compression and deformation. The force on the fender is more reasonable, and the compression of the fender is increased, from 47.5% of the ordinary type to 52.5%.

3) The SC super cell rubber fender has the same installation bolt hole distance and bolt hole as the ordinary rubber fender.

3. Cone gangway ZC

1) Compared with the super rubber fender of the same specification, the energy absorption is nearly doubled.

2) When the product reaction force and energy absorption are similar, the small size cone rubber fender can be used instead of the larger size TD-A super cone rubber fender, and the 800H cone fender can be used. Replace TD-A1000H fender, reduce the cost of terminal engineering.

4.D-type rubber fender
