6.π-type rubber fender

1) The top area of the fender is large, and the contact surface pressure is small;

2)High energy absorption, low reaction force, suitable for wharfs above 10,000 tons;

3) The span between the two supporting arms can be adjusted, and the compression deformation can reach 52.5%;

4) The outer surface of the anti-scouring board is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene board or nylon, and its friction coefficient is small;

5) It can be installed vertically or horizontally, without supporting anchor chains.

9.Roller fender

The rotating roller rubber fender uses the rotation and compression deformation (rubber) of the roller to absorb the energy of the ship's impact. When the ship is berthing or moving, the roller fender can adapt to the movement of the hull and produce rotation, thereby ensuring the safety of the dock and the ship. Roller fenders are suitable for use in shipyards, docks, ro-ro ship docks, wharf corner protection and occasions where the direction of movement and berthing speed of ships are required to be restricted.

 Features:

1)The fender (roller) rotates on three axes, which can limit and reduce the speed of the ship, which is conducive to the safe berthing of the ship;

2) the compression deformation can reach 40%, which is more than double the energy absorption of the traditional rotating fender;

3) Because the roller fender can adapt to the movement of the hull and rotate, there is no sliding friction between the hull and the fender, so it is not easy to damage the hull paint.

10. Rubber gangway

1) It has the functions of rubber fender and gangway, which is more durable than steel gangway

2) There is no need for a recessed hidden ladder, and the same installation as the rubber fender

3) No fear of collision, no rust, the ladder column is flexible

4) Easy to install and convenient to maintain.
